今年からのチャレンジに際して、数多くの仲間たちのサポートにて再スタートしている旨、新年の挨拶にてお話させて頂きました。
今回から本場英国の現在のシーンをダイレクトに伝えるべく、本場英国の生粋スクーターボーイであるスティーブが現地から各ラリーの様子をレポートします。彼はその偉大なるギャグセンス、人懐っこいキャラクター、そして何より９８年より殆どのメジャーなラリーに自走で参加している、通称「双子のビリー」として、兄弟共々スクーターシーンではよく知られている人物です。ＳＥＳチューニング社の185ｃｃマルチポートエンジン「スプリンター」は、ＳＥＳの常客である彼の推薦によって日本へ紹介できた経緯でもあります。Ｔ５/ドラッグスター/５２年型ベスパと、幅広いチョイスでスクーター生活を楽しんでいます。
彼のレポートを通じ、本場の「現在進行形」の熱いホットな情報をお届けできるかと思います。決して７０年代以降のノスタルジーではなく、現在進行形がもっとも重要なポイントだと思います。
英国からの投稿、基本的に英文のままになりますが、あえて当方で訳することなく、ダイレクトに雰囲気をお伝えできればと思っております。（時々日本語で補足を入れて行きたいと思います）

hi my names steve and i breath the fresh air of 2stroke, i live in england and i'm a regular on the uk and european scooter scene, i own a vespa t5 classic (1998), italjet dragster(2001) and a vespa rod model(1952), i first got into the scooter scene in 1998 at the age of 18, my first scooter rally i attended was at the GREAT YARMOUTH NATIONAL SCOOTER RALLY UK, and have been hooked ever since, i try to attend as many scooter rallys as my wallet will afford me to and enjoy every minute of it, scooters,drink, music and women are top of my list and wouldnt change it for the world, every rally/custom show/club event that i attend this year (2009) i will be blogging it to the world for you to read enjoy and take in the joys of those little 2 stroke shopping bikes we all love to ride, enjoy and ride safe...steve
